All information about our products and promotions can be easily accessed on this website. Our packages are always discreet, generally plain brown boxes and make no mention or reference to the package contents. In addition our couriers will not know what the packages contain.

Personal Data Protection:

1. Telegrow strictly follow the current legislation as established in the Spanish Personal Data Protection Law (Law 15/1999 “Protección de Datos de Carácter Personal”) and informs the CONTRACTING PARTY that all submitted data will be included in a file to aid in automatic processing of services. Consent for using submitted data in this way is established by the CONTRACTING PARTY when accepting the sites general terms and conditions.
   
2. Data collection purpose: Telegrow collects some personal data given freely by the CONTRACTING PARTY in a form with the purpose to contract the different services required and identify petitions made by the CONTRACTING PARTY. Telegrow informs that data will be automatically processed and used to administer, expand, and improve its services, and for technical and commercial purposes with regard its products and services.
   
3. To access the Telegrow website www.telegrow.com it is not necessary to provide any data. However, the request for information to establish certain services will require the completion of the appropriate form. Any field with an asterisk (*) MUST be filled in, otherwise we won’t be able to provide the service or information requested.
   
4. Access, correction/alteration and cancellation rights: the CONTRACTING PARTY, whom have provided their personal data have the right to exercise at any time the access, correction/alteration and cancellation of collected personal data. Requests may be made by e-mail (info@telegrow.com) or post at BOMPENSIERO S.L., Avenida Reino de Valencia 64, Bajo 46005 Valencia (SPAIN). The CONTRACTING PARTY should send a copy of their ID CARD with the application. However, Telegrow commits to delete all received personal data when said data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
   
5. Data disclosure: There will be no data disclosure to any third parties. Telegrow only uses data for the purposes described above in point nº2. Telegrow informs the CONTRACTING PARTY that by accepting the general terms and conditions they are authorizing the necessary and indispensable communication of personal data to manage the contracted services.
   
6. Security: Telegrow assures the absolute confidentiality and privacy of the collected data, and security measures have been adopted to avoid the loss, alteration and non-authorized access or processing of data, and so ensuring its integrity and security. Nevertheless, Telegrow will not be responsible for any incidents related to personal data in case of: an attack or non-authorized access impossible to detect, prevent, or stop with any present-day technologies or means, or a lack of diligence from the CONTRACTING PARTY with regard to the protection or security of their passwords and personal data.
   
7. Cookie use: Telegrow use cookies to obtain information and carry out statistical analysis of www.telegrow.com and its useage, also to allow the correct functionality of some services. Cookies used by Telegrow are anonymous and do not refer to the CONTRACTING PARTYS personal data and cannot be used in any way to access the data in their computer. The CONTRACTING PARTYS identity is not directly inserted in the cookie, so it is not traceable. Non-anonymous cookies can only be used with the CONTRACTING PARTYS authorization, These are to access restricted areas in the site avoiding the need to manually enter your password. In any case, the CONTRACTING PARTY can configure their computer settings to restrict or deny cookies without creating any difficulty in the general operation of the Telegrow website.
   
8. Data truthfulness: the CONTRACTING PARTY is responsible for the data truthfulness, committing to provide only data which is correct to the best of their knowledge, and to rectify any incorrect data were necessary. Telegrow provide the CONTRACTING PARTY every opportunity and means required to alter, correct or update their data. Alterations to any personal data can be made from the CONTRACTING PARTYS personal area within the website, which is accessed by logging in with the unique passwords obtained at the users original registration. The CONTRACTING PARTY states that when introducing a third person’s data, it is with their explicit authorization.
   
9. Spamming: Telegrow is vigilantly against spamming and has never and will never practices this type of marketing procedure. Telegrow will only sends e-mails to registered users, who have accepted the General Terms and Conditions and its Data Protection Policy. Telegrow will not permit the practice or participation of such procedures by any USER, proceeding to terminate any services entered with Telegrow, and reserving the right to take the pertinent legal actions were ethically or legally required.
